The Artist Foundry presents a special evening of episodic work at Edison House featuring a screening of 3 series episodes by local Utah filmmakers and a moderated Q&A with the filmmakers and TV writer/producers, Jason Faller and Kynan Griffin.
This is a 21+ event, ID required at door.
Episodes include:
Vision for a Gender Healed World – Episode 1 directed by Lauren Sunshine
A heart-centered exploration into the possibilities of a society that fully embraces gender diversity. Following the personal journey of creator Lauren Sunshine, this film weaves insights from queer leaders, policy-makers, spiritual teachers, and artists into a collective mosaic… illuminating the path toward healing and reconciliation.
Delusions of Grandeur – Episode #1 “The Pilot” and Episode #2 “Pre-Production” directed by Jedediah Thunell
Delusions of Grandeur is an indie comedy series that follows the journey of Taylor and Ellen Young as they struggle to keep their head in the clouds and feet on the ground. Taylor (a starving artist) and her sister Ellen (a corporate sell-out) have much bigger dreams than the ones they are currently living. One day, after a chance encounter with an old acting friend Ian Webb, the two sisters discover an opportunity that, they believe, may change their stars.
