Roberto Lopez is a people-centered operations and community leader with more than 10 years of experience driving organizational growth through relationship-building, strategic planning, and operational excellence across the nonprofit, education, finance, human resources, and customer experience sectors. He has led small and large teams, improved systems and processes, and helped organizations align resources with long-term goals while creating meaningful impact for employees and the communities they serve. Passionate about advocacy and inclusion, Roberto has been actively involved in Utah’s LGBTQIA+ and nonprofit communities through organizations including SLC Pride, Project Rainbow Utah, Fashion Fluid, Utah Pride, Unidxs, and F.A.M. Utah. Outside of his professional and community work, he is also a proud father of three young adults.
